Join us at 7VinesVineyard as we prepare an authentic Paella. Fidias Fors, a Dominican Republic native, will share her recipe and prepare it on site with the Owner/Head Chef John Schiltz, of the Lake Elmo Inn. Together, they will create a Spanish seafood inspired Paella. From lobster tails, crab claws, scallops, and mussels, to authentic chorizo and Spanish Bomba rice!
As you arrive, expect to be welcomed with a glass of Sparkling Cuvee Du Peltier...A wine tour is also part of the evening. This is an exclusive opportunity to experience the 7VinesVineyard winery and the historic land it sits on, along with a lesson on Minnesota grape growing and winemaking philosophies.
While enjoying your Paella, feel free to approach and observe the Paella cooking process. Fidias and Chef John will be on hand to answer questions about the process of making Paella. One glass of 7VinesVineyard estate wine is also included with your plating.
