Demystifying Port

Join us in breaking away from stereotyping port as a traditional drink your grandparents tried pushing onto you during the holidays. Learn about the rich history of port, the various levels of fortified wines, how port is made and why it tastes SO good with sweet treats! During this class we will be tasting our dessert wines from 7 Vines Vineyard with some tasty pairings. I recommend eating dinner beforehand because port is actually known as a “digestif” which is perfect for settling your stomach after a meal. Or just a good reason to have another drink ;).
